Successfully branded, established positively differentiated service lines, forged Enterprise OEM relationships/re-seller agreements with Oracle, SAP, IBM, Citrix, and Sun, among others, to establish high margin, niche deliverables and rich, recurring revenue streams for professional services, software and licensing. Joining CHT in 2019, Taylor Rogers is an accomplished Solutions Sales Professional. Throughout his career, Taylor continually established himself as a top performer and dedicated Client advocate.
Taylor’s client centered intuition grants him the ability to get to know people on an individual level ensuring he clearly understands their product and service needs.
As CHT’s new Senior Account Executive, Taylor’s main focus will be expanding product and services across Florida and continuing to raise the bar for Technology Solutions Fulfillment and Delivery.
Taylor is originally from north metro Atlanta, Georgia and attended Young Harris College, receiving his Bachelor’s in Business and Public Policy. Additionally, Taylor served two years as the Kappa Sigma president while during his tenure, tripled the chapter membership. Taylor relocated to south Florida and is very excited to become part of this dynamic organization.

CHT was pleased recently to welcome Juan Mendez to its rapidly growing South Florida Recruiting and Delivery Team as its newest Senior Technical Recruiter! Juan has a distinguished history of high achievement in his career, having been a Presidents Club Winner in his former Firm as a Top Producer. Juan brings over five years of Best Practices Recruiting to CHT, including National Solutions Enterprise and a Microsoft Partner Practice. A Georgia native, Juan is a graduate of the University of West Georgia.
Director of Data Warehousing and Governance
Mary has been architecting Data Warehouses for over 20 years and has been in the IT industry for 25 plus years. She is a Certified Data Vault Professional, a Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) with the Data Warehouse Institute (TDWI) and a Board Member for the South Florida TDWI Chapter. She has developed successful Data Warehouses for several industries including Insurance, Travel and Entertainment (Cruise Industry), Retail Sales and Human Capital Management. She has co-presented at previous WWDVC conferences with topics on “A Near Real-Time Data Warehouse in the Cloud” and “Our Voyage to Virtual”. She is currently the Director of Data Warehousing and Data Governance at Chestnut Hill Technologies based out of South Florida providing guidance in those areas to clients. Mary is very passionate about turning raw data into actionable information. She believes that DATA is the conduit for businesses to increase revenues, decrease costs, minimize risk and enhance their customer’s experience. Her favorite sayings are “Love Your Data” and “I never Metadata I didn’t like”.

Roy has over 20 years of technology driven management consulting experience, is educated and experienced in both IT and business, and specializes in deriving economic value with cloud architecture and advance analytics.
More specifically, he is experienced in delivering event driven advanced analytics which provide not only immediate cost of ownership reductions, but also business value relative to infrastructure flexibility to align with dynamic demand.
Roy has provided analytical solutions for near real-time data acquisition targeting churn reduction, customer up-sale, customer channel behavior, extreme segmentation predictive analytics, market basket analysis, loyalty programs, and credit risk management. Roy empowers clients to understand customer touch points, derive economic benefit, and render a holistic visualization.
He has technology consulting experience with Magic Leap, Capgemini, Cable & Wireless, AutoTrader.COM, Bank of America, NASA (SOFIA Project), JM Family Enterprises, and SCANA Energy as well as Finance & Marketing experience with AT&T Wireless, Intel and Charles Schwab.
Roy was born in Massachusetts, but spent most of his life boating and scuba diving in California and Florida. However, he is fluent in Bostonian. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering from University of Miami and MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
